The ring looks cheaply made and plastic coated. I had a similar poor experience with another vendor on Amazon when trying to purchase 925 silver. It is most likely silver coated, and that will quickly wear off.

The Claddagh Ring is a wonderful ring as my girlfriend loves it. The customer service was wonderful as I had a problem with the shipping but Elite Jewelers called me and were very kind to talk to me and walk me through what went wrong in this process. They shipped the order that I had purchased the next day and are very reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone out there that is looking for jewelry for their love one.

The ring is just what my daugher requested and the quality was perfect. Their customer service was very responsive to a problem that I had that was totally created due to my error. It is nice to know that when ordering on line that you can get customer service as if the business was located in yourlocal community.

The ring is of good quality and arrived promptly. However, I would not have ordered it at all had I known the very high shipping charges. It made the price nearly double that of some of the other Claddagh rings. Never again do I wish to place an order without knowing the full charges.
